We offer flexibility with two commission models:

Model 1 – 18% PACKAGE:

18% of rental revenue + a one-time onboarding fee of €1,000, covering all essential services for successfully launching your property on the market.

Model 2 – 20% PACKAGE:

20% of rental revenue with no upfront onboarding fees.

If you choose the first model, you will pay a one-time onboarding fee of €1,000. In return for this initial investment, we offer a 2% discount on our annual revenue commission. (*Onboarding includes: a professional video, high-quality photography, a virtual tour, property listing, ad creation and registration on top booking platforms, pricing strategy setup, placement on Google Maps, description and keyword optimization for better search visibility, inclusion in the AMANI Estate system, check-in/out process setup, guest communication, and more.)

We offer **premium add-on services** that enhance visibility, attractiveness, and overall property value. These services include social media management, a dedicated property website, professional content creation, and **AMANI Awards** – an exclusive property recognition program combined with PR. First contact
We provide general information along with an overview of our services.

No-obligation inspection
We will conduct a personal inspection of the property to better understand the needs and possibilities. During the inspection, information is gathered about the property, its condition, location and specific requirements.

Offer and contract signing
Based on the collected information and after choosing a suitable package, we will prepare a customized offer that includes service details and a price offer. After agreement, the contract will be signed.

Implementation of services
After signing the contract, AMANI World will start the implementation of services according to the agreed package. This step includes, for example, creating marketing materials, setting up the reservation system, preparing the property for rent, etc.

The first week after signing the contract
We will create a complete portfolio of visual content within one week after signing the contract.

The second week after signing the contract
Within two weeks after signing the contract, we will complete the portfolio of visual content and start bookings on portals such as booking, airbnb, etc.

Care
Throughout the duration of the contract, we provide constant support and care for the property. We maintain regular contact with the owner about the progress of cooperation and possible suggestions for improvement.
